REFUND POLICY
At ConfidentialHair, we’re committed to delivering quality products you’ll love. Due to the nature of our items, we operate under strict quality control and hygiene standards. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any hair product that has been:

Worn, washed, or altered

Installed, brushed, combed, or styled

Removed from its original packaging
All hair sales are final once opened or tampered with.
2. Eligible Return Conditions (Before Opening Only)
You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The product is still in its original condition and packaging

You received the wrong item, length, texture, or product due to our error
Please note: All return requests must be approved by our customer care team before any item is shipped back.
3. Process for Requesting a Return
If your order meets the above conditions:
Email us at confidentialhairs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item
Include your full name, order number, and photos of the item received
Await confirmation and instructions from our team
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Shipping COSTS FOR RETURNS

If the error is ours, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If not, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged (due to shipping) or appears to be defective, contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
6. Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return:

7. Sale & Discounted Items
All sale items, custom orders, or promotional bundles are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns unless incorrect or defective.V
